Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Cadence ("we," "us") collects through this waitlist site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Cadence is currently a pre-launch waitlist — the full coaching product, and the wearable and calendar data it will process once you're onboarded, will be covered by a separate, more detailed privacy notice presented at signup for that product.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address (required)
• Your name, if you choose to provide it (optional)
• Which wearable device you use, if you choose to tell us (optional) — used only to gauge demand across device types
• Standard technical data collected automatically by our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, browser type, request logs), for security and abuse prevention

We do not access your wearable, health, or calendar data at the waitlist stage. That only happens if and when you choose to connect those accounts inside the actual product after early access opens, under a separate consent flow.

How we use your information

• To send you a one-time confirmation email when you join the waitlist
• To notify you when early access becomes available
• To understand aggregate demand across different wearable devices
• To detect and prevent spam or abuse of the signup form

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run this waitlist, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Neon — hosts our database, where your waitlist entry (email, name, wearable choice) is stored.
• Resend — delivers your confirmation email.
• Vercel — hosts this website and its server logs.

Data retention

We keep your waitlist information for as long as the waitlist is active, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@contact.joincadenceapp.com. We'll respond as quickly as we can.

Children's privacy

Cadence's waitlist is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 16.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email.
